Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free, with the "Transfer Tickets" option in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us with your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance: contact us with your ticket ID. When the option is available, you can also change it yourself with the "Exchange date and/or time" button in the Fever app.
Can I get a refund of my ticket?
Tickets are non-refundable. The Flexible Cancellation add-on offers an alternative cancellation policy.
I bought a ticket with Flexible Cancellation. Can I get a refund?
Yes: contact us to request the cancellation up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Once a ticket has been transferred to another user, it can no longer be refunded.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
An exclusive, personalized photo session in a designated area of the venue, with a single Polaroid-style instant print to keep as a souvenir.
Can I buy the photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Online buyers have priority over on-site buyers, and on-site purchases are by card only, no cash.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your photo before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit. Photos cannot be stored: if you leave without collecting yours, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will direct you once you are inside.
What is the "Candles 3-Pack"?
Three premium flameless electric candles that recreate the warm glow of a flame.
How do I get the Candles 3-Pack I bought online?
Collect it at the designated spot at the venue on the day of the event. All sales are final: the 3-Pack cannot be refunded or returned.
What are the seating zones?
Zones are based on the quality of the view. Staff assign seats at the entrance, first come first served, within the zone on your ticket.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are tickets sold at the entrance?
No. Tickets are only sold through the Fever app and website.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals are not admitted.
Can I get a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance can request one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker by contacting us. You'll receive a voucher to redeem in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Will food and drinks be available?
A selection of drinks is available for purchase at the venue.
Can I leave during the performance?
No, except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All the candles are flameless.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece, without flash.
What temperature should I expect?
We do our utmost to keep the room comfortable, but the temperature may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If anything changes, such as the location or a postponement, we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals?
No pets are allowed, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes. The concert is held in an accessible venue that is ADA compliant.
Is there parking available?
Yes, parking is available.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
