Candlelight: Tribute to The Beatles brings the songs of The Beatles to the Eau Claire Masonic Ballroom, played live by a string quartet and surrounded by the glow of candles. Rediscover some of the band's best-loved songs, reimagined for strings in an intimate Candlelight concert.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.
On the day How it works
Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over
Enjoy 60 minutes of live music surrounded by candles.

What are the ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free caretaker pass. You must already hold a valid ticket; then contact Fever support for the next steps.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Contact Fever support with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered. See the Terms and Conditions for more details.
What is a Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available for selected events, it lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend.
Until when can I return a Flexible Refund Ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to return a Flexible Refund Ticket?
None.
How do I request a refund with a Flexible Refund Ticket?
Submit a request through Fever's support form.

Is food and drink available?
You can buy drinks at the venue before the concert, but drinks are not allowed in the concert space.
Can I bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
