You can find your ticket in the Tickets section of the Fever app. Remember to log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, you can change the date or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Refunds are not allowed.

The experience takes place in the Auditorium at St. Ann's Academy.

The entrance to the Auditorium is through the parkade on Blanshard Street.

Is food served?

Food and beverages are not served at the venue. You may bring your own water.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they do not burn or pose a risk.

Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
