What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D (balcony).
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. To do so, fill out the form provided in the venue's full FAQ, under Links of interest, and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this event?
This event is only for people ages 8 and up, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to purchase the tickets. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if the whole group arrives at the same time and has tickets in the same category. In that case, we recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to find seats next to each other.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert shown on your ticket. If you meet these conditions and want to change your ticket, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be granted. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

No food or drink is allowed. This is not a dinner show and no food will be sold on site.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat in your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. If you're late, we won't be able to let you into the venue, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
What happens if the concert can't take place due to bad weather conditions?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
