Bok Auditorium 1

Bok is a 340,000 sq ft Art Deco building built in 1938 and financed by the Works Progress Administration. It was added to the National Historic Registry in 1986 and designed by Irwin Catharine. The historic auditorium on the first floor is 11,000 sq ft and designed to hold assemblies of 1,400 people.

What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (best visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free pass for their caregiver. You must already hold a valid ticket. For more information, contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
What is a Candlelight Photo ticket?
It's a service where you get a Polaroid photo of your Candlelight concert memories, taken on the stage or in a designated area on the day of the concert. You choose your favorite from the photos taken and take it home. You receive one Polaroid per ticket purchased, even if your party is larger. You may go up on the stage, but please remove pointy heels first to protect the floor, don't touch the walls or pillars, and follow staff instructions on the day. Please read these instructions before buying.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us at https://fever.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new and include your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No, unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the event you originally purchased, subject to availability. Contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It lets you request a refund or an exchange if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my ticket?
Contact us to cancel up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to cancel my ticket?
No documents are needed for a refund or exchange.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take to process and how will I receive it?
For credit card or PayPal purchases, the refund goes back to your account and can take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. For voucher purchases, a new voucher appears in the “Vouchers” section of the app. This voucher is separate from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You receive the full ticket price, minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You receive a voucher of the same value as soon as you request it, which you can use to buy a new date and/or time for the experience.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to buy the same experience again.
How do I request my refund?

How do I get to the venue?
Parking is very limited, so we suggest rideshare or public transit. Arrive early and use the 800 Mifflin Street entrance. If you drive, allow extra time to find parking and be ready to walk.
Will snacks and beverages be available to purchase?
Yes. The bar opens one hour before the show and stays open during the performance. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Can I bring animals?
No, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes. There is a separate ADA entrance: the closest accessible entrance to Bok Auditorium is at 900 Mifflin Street, which has a ramp and a loading dock lift.
Is there parking available?
Parking is very limited, so we suggest rideshare or public transit.
Does the venue have A/C?
No, the auditorium has no A/C, so please dress accordingly. Fans are provided and water is available on site.
What is “Candlelight Photo”?
It's a photo package available only to guests who buy it. You get your photo taken in a designated area and receive a printed Polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” photos at the venue?
Yes, if the photo opportunity hasn't reached its sold-out threshold. Guests who buy through the website with their concert tickets have priority over on-site buyers. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert start time.
When do I get my results?
You choose your picture before it's printed. Staff print the pictures during the concert, and you collect them at the exit afterward. Pictures can't be kept for you, so take them with you before leaving; if you leave without them, no refund or rescheduling is offered.
Where do I have to go to have my picture taken?
Venue staff will explain where the photo experience is once you're inside, and announcements are made during the event. Ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show proof that I have purchased the photo opportunity?
A QR code is emailed to you separately from your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue validates it before taking your picture.
Are refunds allowed for Candlelight Photo?
No, unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you receive a refund for it.
When should I arrive for Candlelight Photo?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, since the photo experience closes 10 minutes before.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue during your event. As they are tied to that specific Candlelight date and location, Candle add-ons bought online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
