Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play, logging in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience. To do so, contact us with your ticket ID.

A Flexible Cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend. You can return it up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents needed; it becomes non-refundable if transferred. You get a full refund minus the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee: card and PayPal refunds can take 10 or more days to reach your statement, and purchases made with a voucher get a new voucher in the app. If you choose an exchange instead, you receive a voucher for the same value straight away, to use on the same experience. Request it through the Fever help center.

No refunds are allowed unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the original session, subject to availability: contact us directly to change your ticket.
