What different ticket types are there?
There are tickets for Zones A, B and C, as well as for the "Front Benches" zone. Zones A, B and C have individual chairs, while the "Front Benches" zone has traditional church pews.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before your visit via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print anything out. Just show your Fever ticket in the app or in the email at the entrance.
Can I book a ticket for my companion?
Guests who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to a free ticket for their personal assistant or companion. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential for this), please send us the relevant supporting documents.
Is there an age restriction?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are refunds possible?
No, refunds are not possible. However, you can change the day and/or time of your event up to 48 hours before the originally booked option, subject to availability.

How do I get to the venue?
By public transport to the Christuskirche stop: tram lines 6 (between Nordhafen and Messe/Ost) and 11 (from Haltenhoffstraße to Zoo), as well as bus lines 100 and 200.

What happens if the weather affects the event?
The event takes place indoors. Should the weather nevertheless affect your experience (a change of venue or postponement), we'll notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all your tickets are for the same zone. We recommend getting there in good time; we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. To do this, tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your email purchase confirmation. There's no need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
How are seats allocated?
Seating is unassigned: you'll choose your seat on arrival within your booked zone.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
