Saint-Jean-Baptiste Catholic Church in Montreal is a Roman Catholic house of worship built in 1872. Its magnificent interior, in sumptuous Baroque style, is adorned with chandeliers, confessionals and stained-glass windows by Guido Nincheri. It's one of Montreal's most beautiful churches.

What are the different types of tickets?
Tickets are sold by zone: Zone Premium, Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Your zone is indicated on your ticket.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your caregiver. To do so, fill out the request form on the Fever help center and send us all the supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
This concert is open to people aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app. Don't forget to log in with the same email address used to buy the tickets. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start time indicated on your originally purchased ticket. No refunds will be granted.

Will there be refreshments available?
No. Food and drinks are not allowed. This isn't a dinner show and no food is sold on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Yes, the venue is accessible to people with reduced mobility. However, there's a small staircase to access the restrooms.
Is there parking nearby?
No parking is available at the church.
Can I take photos or film? Can I use my phone?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the last song, without flash: the artists will remind you. Your phone must stay on silent mode throughout the performance.
Can I leave my seat during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.
What time should I arrive?
Doors open 60 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the start so we can assign you a seat in the zone you booked. Once the concert has started, access to the venue is no longer possible, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
What happens if the weather affects the concert?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or date), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if your whole group arrives at the same time with tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group side by side.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account for free. Just tap “Transfer tickets” in your Fever app.
Are the candles real candles with a flame?
No. For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, without a real flame.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
