At Zeiders American Dream Theater, 4509 Commerce Street, Virginia Beach, VA 23462.

The theater is on the second floor of Block F, at the corner of Market St. and Commerce St., in the building marked by a large white “Z”; the first floor is retail, so the theater is not at street level. Stairs lead up to the main entrance from Commerce St. and from Columbus St. (from Columbus St., walk down after climbing and the main entrance is on your left). A street-level elevator is to the left of the Grand Staircase, and at the top of the staircase the Z's double doors are on your right. The easiest route is from the second floor of the Blue Garage, which connects to the main entrance by a bridge, with no stairs. The theater is across from Cantina Laredo.

Yes, free parking is available around Town Center. We recommend the Blue Garage: unmarked spaces are free, first come, first served, and its elevator takes you to the second floor and the bridge to the theater. Avoid reserved spaces and those signed for 30 minutes or 2 hours; free all-day spaces have no sign, so check the walls. There are accessible spaces on most levels. Street parking is limited to 2 hours. If the Blue Garage is full, there are other garages nearby.

Beverages and light refreshments are sold in the lobby, at the main concessions stand and at a pop-up stand.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Yes, the venue is ADA accessible, and ADA accessible seats are in Zone C. For a route with no stairs, take the Blue Garage elevator to the second floor and cross the bridge to the main entrance.

An add-on photo experience for those who buy it: you are photographed in a designated area and receive one printed, Polaroid-style instant picture.

Only while it has not sold out, and online buyers have priority. At the venue it can only be paid by credit card, not cash.

Before the concert. The photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early.

You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit. The theater cannot keep pictures for you.

Once you are inside, venue staff will explain the experience, and it is also announced. Staff can answer any question.

You receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer validates it at the venue.

No, unless the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons. If you leave without taking your picture, it is not refunded or rescheduled.

They must be collected at the designated spot at the venue, at the time of the event they were bought for. Like all online add-ons collected on site, they are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Doors open 45 minutes before the show. Entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.

Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
