This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

The Kehrwieder Theater in Hamburg's warehouse district hides a stage with modern equipment behind the old brick facade. The audience enters the magnificent theater hall with classical variety seating and red velvet walls through a white-furnished foyer with an industrial look.

At weekends there are parking spaces directly in front of the theatre, while on weekdays there's a car park about 300 metres away. Parking is chargeable.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com).
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who require care throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (a valid ticket is essential), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the experience begins. In this case, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
For selected events, there's the Flexible Refund Ticket: this allows you to request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Refund Ticket?
You can return your Flexible Refund Ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.
What documents do I need to provide to get my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.

Where does the experience take place?
At the Kehrwieder Theater, Kehrwieder 6, 20457 Hamburg.
How do I get to the venue?
By public transport: the best option is the U3 to "Baumwall" station, from where it's just a few minutes' walk. Depending on your starting point, you can find buses and other trains using the HVV journey planner. By car: the address for your sat nav is Kehrwieder 6, 20457 Hamburg (Speicherstadt / HafenCity). From the A1 / A7, take the Elbbrücken or the Elbtunnel towards the city centre, then head towards HafenCity / Speicherstadt and follow the signs for "Kehrwieder". There may be traffic or road closures in the Speicherstadt/HafenCity area depending on the time of day, so allow a bit of extra time.
Is there parking available?
There are parking options: at weekends directly outside the theatre, and on weekdays there's a car park around 300 metres away. Parking is chargeable.
Is there food and drink available?
Yes, although it's not included in the ticket price.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If you need to be accompanied by a service animal, please contact us in advance.
Is the venue accessible?
No, unfortunately the venue is not accessible.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, entry will not be possible, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend getting there in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
