The Jury Decision
The jury consists of internationally recognised experts as well as active musicians. It alone decides on admission to the semifinal and final. All decisions are irrevocable and not open to challenge; legal recourse is excluded.
Audience Award & Award Ceremony

Audience Award: On 15 October 2026, the audience decides! Independently of the professional jury, the audience award is voted on by simple majority after the presentations in the final.

Award Ceremony: The festive presentation of the awards takes place directly after the final.
