Celebrate the holiday season with Candlelight: Christmas Classics at St Luke's Episcopal Church in Evanston. A string quartet plays festive carols, holiday hits and Christmas movie favorites live, in a church glowing with candles, for an evening that feels like the season itself.
This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.
Let the music take over

About the venueSt Luke's Episcopal Church
St. Luke's Episcopal Church was built in 1909 in a grand Neo-Gothic style, serving as the Episcopal Cathedral of Chicago for years. The 10-ton marble altar is backed by a stone altarpiece with carved saint portrayals. The church also boasts a renowned 4-manual, 65-stop Skinner pipe organ. Attached to the main sanctuary is the smaller Lady Chapel

What are the different ticket types?
There are four zones: Zone A (front row seating), Zone B (premium visibility), Zone C (great visibility) and Zone D (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred.
What documents do I need to cancel my ticket?
No documentation is needed.
How long does a refund take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the refund can take 10 days or more to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you will receive a new voucher in the app.
Will I get a full refund?
Yes, except for the 10% Flexible Cancellation fee.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You will receive a voucher immediately, for the same value, which you can use on the same experience.

How do I get to the venue?
You can drive or use public transport. The closest train stop is Main (Purple Line), and the closest bus stop is Chicago Ave & Main St (bus routes 206 and 213).
Is there food served?
No food or drink is available, and outside food and drink are not permitted inside the church.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Is there parking available?
Limited street parking is available along Chicago Avenue and Main Street. St. Luke's is three blocks from the Main Street Purple Line station and close to a Metra station on the Union Pacific North Line. Rideshare is recommended.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
Can I use my phone during the performance?

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
