Do I need to print my ticket?

No, printing is not needed. You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (log in with the same method used to purchase); your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To make a change, contact us through support.feverup.com with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

How long does the experience last?

About 60–90 minutes, but you're welcome to stay as long as you like in each room. It's a one-way route, so make the most of each one!

Yes. The experience includes a VR journey through a magical planet full of bubbles.

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. Please don't disturb other visitors and be careful with the mirror floors in some rooms. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.
