Yes, your ticket includes 4 matching themed cocktails (alcohol-free versions are also available).
Are alcohol-free cocktails available, and can allergies or special dietary needs be accommodated?
Yes! Alcohol-free cocktails are available. During the experience, you can open the drinks menu via QR code and find information on allergens and dietary requirements there. Please let our staff know when you arrive so that we can cater to your needs.
Are strobe lights used?
No, no strobe lights are used.
What language is the show in?
The show is performed in German.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print anything. When you arrive, simply show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or in your confirmation email.
Are refunds possible?
No, refunds are not possible. Exchanges to another date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the originally booked event, subject to availability. Please contact us if you would like to change your ticket.

On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store; on the Fever website.
Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when booking. For private events or larger groups, please see the group bookings link on this page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to other people free of charge. Simply open your ticket in the Fever app and click "Transfer tickets". If you need further help, please contact us. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR code ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can get it from the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please log in with the same account you used for your purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my companion?
Companions receive free entry to the event provided that appropriate proof is shown at the entrance. Accepted proof includes, for example: Middle or Higher Rate DLA for care and/or mobility; proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); proof of severe sight impairment; CredAbility Access Card – "+1" category. Please note that the person requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket themselves.
