A Flexible Cancellation ticket allows you to ask for a refund or exchange your ticket in case you decide not to attend the experience.

The venue is conveniently located in Downtown Jacksonville with access to public transportation. Rideshare is recommended as there is no onsite parking.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Please arrive around 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.

If the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), rest assured that we will notify you by email in advance.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. It's as easy as tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please feel free to contact us with your ticket ID.

For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.

The Candlelight Photo is an optional package: your photo is taken in a specially designated area at the venue, and each purchase includes 1 instant polaroid-style print. You can buy it online with your tickets, which gives you priority, or at the venue while it is not sold out, by credit card only (no cash). Photos are taken before the concert and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before it starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Venue staff will explain where to go once you are inside. The photographer validates the QR code sent to you in a separate email from your ticket confirmation. You choose your picture before it is printed; prints are made during the concert and collected at the exit, and pictures cannot be kept for you. If you leave without taking your pictures, the photo opportunity cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Refunds are only given if the photo opportunity is canceled for internal reasons.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific Candlelight event date and location, all Candle add-on items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
