Candlelight: Tribute to Phil Collins

No. For safety reasons, all candles are flameless.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must already be seated by then. Out of consideration for the musicians and the audience, latecomers cannot be admitted.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. As requested by the musicians, photos and videos are only allowed during the last piece and without flash.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in an emergency.

No. Tickets are not sold on site and are only available through the Fever app or the Fever website.

Yes, the transfer is free of charge. To do so, tap "Transfer tickets" next to your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact support and provide your order number.

Changes to date and time are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To do so, contact support with the ticket ID linked to your purchase. Alternatively, open your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if the option is enabled, a button to change the date and/or time will appear there, and you just need to follow the steps. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see the Terms and Conditions.

Guests who need support can request a free ticket for a personal carer. To do so, contact support with proof of your support needs or your entitlement to a free companion ticket. You will then receive a voucher, which you can use to get the free companion ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability. At the entrance, show your regular ticket together with the companion ticket.

You'll find your tickets in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You can also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: just show your ticket on your smartphone when you arrive.

Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
