Fine needles will be placed at specific points on your body called acupuncture points. These needles are as thin as a hair, sterile and disposed of after a single use. Once the needles are in place, you’ll feel super relaxed. If you’d rather get a massage to work the kinks out in your muscles, you can go for that too - your experience is in your hands! Your licensed massage therapists customizes each session by using a blend of Eastern/Western modalities to best help you achieve your health goals.
