The Riga Latvian Society (RLB) is a voluntary, independent public cultural organization founded in 1868. It is the oldest officially established Latvian organization and has played a significant role in the history of Latvia. The society made a substantial contribution to the establishment of several prominent educational, cultural, and scientific institutions in Latvia, which continue to operate today.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Tables), Zone B (Tables), Zone C (Normal Seats) and Zone D (Balcony). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone else free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us, quoting your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more information, please see our terms and conditions. You can purchase the additional "Flexible Cancellation" option, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I bought a "Flexible cancellation" ticket – can I get a refund?
You can cancel a "Flexible cancellation" ticket if you request it no later than 48 hours before the start of the event. Just contact us. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be verified through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the start of the event and close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Will food and drink be available to buy at the venue?
At this event you will be able to buy snacks and drinks, but please note that there will be no vegan food.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat, except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken at the end of the performance, while the performers take their bow, and without flash.
Will strobe lighting be used?
No, there will be no strobe lighting.
Does the event take place indoors or outdoors?
This event takes place indoors.
Can I smoke or vape during the event?
No, smoking and vaping are not permitted indoors.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your event in any way (change of venue / postponement), rest assured that we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at this venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
The venue is accessible for people with limited mobility. It is accessible for wheelchair users, but it does not have specially adapted toilets.
Is parking available?
There is no dedicated parking, but paid car parks are available near the venue.
