Located in the heart of Avignon, at the foot of the Palais des Papes, on the very picturesque Place de la Mirande, Le Rouge Gorge is an original venue that is both warm and refined. Created in the former Aubanel printing house, this place surprises its visitors with the unique charm given by its mezzanine balconies, its immense glass roof, its iron structure, and its walls carved into the rock.

Yes. There is a bar on site where you can buy drinks during the experience.

The show is performed in French.
Are the seats numbered?
No. Seats are not numbered and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Simply show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or from your email when you arrive at the venue.
Are tickets refundable?
No, tickets are non-refundable. Exchanges to another date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally booked session, subject to availability. To change your booking, please contact us directly.
Where can I buy tickets?
You can buy your tickets on the Fever app, available on Google Play and the App Store, or on the Fever website.
Can I book for a group?
Yes. You can select a group ticket directly on the event page when booking. For private bookings or large groups, please see the group bookings link on this page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
No. Tickets are not sold at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or the website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes. You can transfer your ticket free of charge to anyone you like. Simply click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us and include your order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You will find your ticket with its QR code in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can do so from the App Store or Google Play. Make sure you log in with the same account you used for your purchase. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
How do I book a ticket for my carer?
Carers are welcome and receive free entry upon presentation of valid proof at the entrance. Accepted documents include: Disability Living Allowance (DLA) at the middle or higher rate for care and/or mobility needs; proof of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); proof of severe sight impairment; CredAbility Access Card with the "+1" category. Please note that the person requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket.
