What types of tickets are there?
There are three zones: A, B and C. Zone A is the closest to the stage.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets can't be bought at the venue: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I get a ticket for my caregiver?
Guests who need assistance can apply for one free caregiver pass after purchasing a valid ticket. Contact the organizers for details.
Is there a minimum age?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy, or in your purchase confirmation email, which includes your QR code.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes of date or time may be possible, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact the organizers with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed.
What is a Flexible Refund ticket?
It is a ticket that lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend.
Until when can I return a Flexible Refund ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it is transferred to another user.
Do I need any documents to return a Flexible Refund ticket?
No, no documentation is needed.

We recommend driving or using a rideshare. Limited paid parking is available in the on-site underground structure, in unmarked spots only.

No food or drink is sold on site. Water in closeable containers is allowed, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.

When should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time on your ticket, and we recommend arriving 30 minutes early. Doors close when the performance starts, and late entry is not allowed.
What happens if the weather affects the event?
If conditions affect the event, you'll be notified by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets for the same zone.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, using “Transfer Tickets” in the app.
Are the candles real?
All the candles are flameless.
How do I collect Candle 3-Packs bought online?
They must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of the event. They are tied to that date and venue, all sales are final, and onsite pickups are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
