What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: A, B and C. Zone A is the closest to the stage.
How are seats assigned?
Seats are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be purchased in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free caretaker pass. You must already hold a valid ticket; contact Fever for more details.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are not offered, except with a Flexible Refund Ticket on selected events. See the Terms and Conditions for more information.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket?
Available on selected events, it lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend.
When can I return my ticket?
Up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need for a refund?

Request it through Fever's refund request form.

How do I get to the venue?
Driving or rideshare is recommended. Limited paid parking is available in the venue's underground structure (park only in unmarked spots), and there is plenty of street parking nearby.
Is food and drink served?
No food or drinks are sold on site. Water in a closable container is allowed, and there are many restaurants within walking distance.
Can I bring animals?
No, except for service animals. If you plan to bring one, please contact Fever.
Is the venue accessible?

Only during the final piece, without flash, and only when the musicians indicate that it is allowed.

Your phone must stay on silent for the entire performance. The same rules as above apply to photos and videos.
Can I leave during the performance?
No, except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start time, and we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early. Doors close when the performance begins, and late entry is not permitted.
What happens if the weather prevents the event?
If the weather changes the location or postpones the event, Fever will notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early.
Can I transfer my tickets?
Yes, to any Fever account at no extra cost, using the “Transfer Tickets” option in the app. For help, contact Fever with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. All the candles are flameless.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs bought online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your event. They are tied to that specific event date and location. Candle add-ons picked up on site are non-refundable and cannot be returned: all sales are final.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
