Arrive early
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four ticket categories: Category A, Category B, Category C and Category D.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets are not available for purchase on site. All tickets must be bought through the app or on the Fever website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance throughout the experience, you can request a free pass for your carer. To do so, fill in Fever's contact form (fever.zendesk.com/hc/fr/requests/new) and attach all supporting documents.
Is there a minimum age to attend this concert?
This concert is open to people aged 8 and over, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. Remember to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start time of the concert stated on your original ticket. If you meet these conditions, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds will be given. For more information, check our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Plenty of public transport serves the area. Tram: line 1, Peyrou - Arc de Triomphe and Albert Ier - Cathédrale stops. Bus: lines 6, 7 and 10, Peyrou - Arc de Triomphe and Albert Ier - Cathédrale stops. Car parks: Indigo Montpellier Peyrou Pitot (7 rue du Carré du Roi) and Le Corum (allée du Saint-Esprit). Remember to arrive at least 20 minutes before the concert starts.
Are drinks available on site?
No, no drinks are available on site.
Can I bring an animal?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Is the venue accessible to people with reduced mobility?
No, unfortunately the amphitheatre is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

No, latecomers will not be allowed in. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
