What types of tickets are available?
There are different zones depending on the visibility you prefer. This venue has Premium, A, B, C and D zones. People in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility and their companions must purchase their tickets in Zone B, which is on the ground floor and has suitable access. The venue does not have an elevator. All tickets are individual: each attendee needs their own ticket to enter.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my caregiver?
Anyone who needs assistance during the experience can request 1 free pass for their personal or support assistant. Once you've purchased your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before requesting it), contact us with the corresponding documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
All attendees must be 8 years old or older. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience begins. To do so, contact us with your ticket number. No refunds are allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our terms and conditions.

At the Teatro Lírico del Parque del Conocimiento, at Av. Ulises López, Posadas, Misiones.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue is located within the Parque del Conocimiento. Take precautions due to traffic congestion in the area.
When should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive at least 45 minutes before the concert begins so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert starts at the scheduled time and the audience must be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the venue or the show, so make sure to take the necessary steps to arrive on time.
Is food served?
The venue does not sell food or drinks, and they are not allowed to be brought into the hall during the shows.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except service animals with their corresponding documentation.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and everyone has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do everything possible to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us with your ticket number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Are there any prohibited items?
Authorized staff may search attendees to prevent the entry of prohibited or dangerous objects: outside food and drinks, drugs, firearms, sharp objects, or any other object that poses a danger to the person carrying it or to the rest of the audience. We reserve the right of admission and to remove anyone exhibiting behavior such as intoxication, drug use, or any conduct that is uncomfortable or risky for themselves or others.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
