What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold by zone: Front Row (best visibility), Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (limited visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Are companion cards accepted?
Yes, companion and carer cards are accepted at all Fever events. Please contact us for a ticket.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I sit together with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To request one, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by tapping “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?
By train: take a train to Adelaide Railway Station; from there it is about an 11-minute walk to St Peter's Cathedral. By bus: the free City Connector buses (routes 98A and 98C) loop around the city and North Adelaide, and several other lines, such as routes 222 and 224, serve the area near the cathedral. By car: use GPS or Google Maps to get directions to 27 King William Rd, North Adelaide SA 5006. There is no general parking at the cathedral; there is limited street parking in the area, or the Wilson Car Park Adelaide Oval North on Pennington Terrace (pay on the day or pre-book at www.wilsonparking.com.au).
Is there food served?
No. Drinks and snacks are not allowed in the cathedral.

No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
