This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
There are four tiers: Front Row (premium visibility), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility).
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets cannot be bought at the venue: they must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket before applying; then contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
Your ticket is in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play: log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Changes of date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID to request one.
Are refunds allowed?
Refunds are not allowed unless you bought a Flexible Cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the event you bought, subject to availability: contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
It lets you request a refund or an exchange if you decide not to attend the experience. It is available for selected events only.
When can I return my ticket?
You can cancel by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
What documents do I have to present to receive my refund?
None: no documentation is needed to claim a refund or an exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Contact us through the Fever support request form.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the full ticket price is credited back to that account, and it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, a new voucher will appear in the “Vouchers” section of the app, separate from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You get the entire ticket price back, except for the 10% fee paid for the Flexible Cancellation option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You receive a voucher of the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it, to book a new date and/or time for the experience.
Can I change my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to buy the same experience again.

Is there parking available?

There is an onsite bar, but no food is allowed in the ballroom where the concert takes place.

What is “Candlelight Photo”?
A photo experience available only to guests who purchase it: your photo is taken in a designated area and you receive a printed, polaroid-style picture as a souvenir. Each purchase includes one instant picture.
Can I buy “Candlelight Photo” at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their concert tickets get priority over on-site buyers. On-site purchases are by credit card only, no cash.
When is my picture taken?
Before the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early to have time for your photo.
When do I get my picture?
You choose your picture before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit afterwards. Take it with you before leaving, as pictures cannot be kept for you.
What happens if I leave without taking my picture?
No refund or rescheduling can be offered.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, staff explain where the photo experience is, and announcements are made as a reminder. Ask any staff member if you have questions.
How do I show that I have purchased the photo?
You receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. The photographer at the venue validates it before your picture is taken.
Can I get a refund for “Candlelight Photo”?
No, unless the photo experience is canceled for internal reasons, in which case you are refunded for it.
Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?
Only during the final piece and without flash, as the musicians indicate.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must stay on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are allowed only during the final piece, without flash, as the musicians indicate.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
No. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time with the audience already seated, and late arrivals will not be admitted.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
Candle 3-Packs bought online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your event, and are tied to that Candlelight event's date and location. Candle add-ons bought online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable: all sales are final.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
