This event is only open to people aged 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same email address you used for your purchase. The QR code you need to show on the day of the concert is also included in the confirmation email.

By train: the Menton SNCF station (TER Grasse–Vintimille line) is less than 500 m away, about a 5-minute walk. By bus: a public transit stop is less than 500 m away, and the bus station is in the city center. By car: Menton is about 30 minutes from Nice and 15 minutes from Monaco; the Saint-Roch parking lot is nearby, just steps from the Biovès gardens and the Palais de l'Europe. The Palais is right in the city center, 200 m from the sea: we recommend coming by train, or parking at the Saint-Roch parking lot and walking to the venue.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so we can assign you a seat in the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In case of delay, access to the room won't be possible, out of respect for the artists and the other attendees.

Yes, if your whole group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group side by side.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. For any help, contact us with your ticket ID.

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
