The event is open to those aged 8 and up. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same email address used for the purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

By train: Menton train station (TER Grasse–Vintimille line) is less than 500 m away, about a 5-minute walk. By bus: there's a stop less than 500 m away, and the bus station is in the city center. By car: Menton is about 30 minutes from Nice and 15 minutes from Monaco, and the Saint Roch parking lot is nearby. The Palais de l'Europe is right in the city center, 200 m from the sea: we recommend taking the train, or parking at Saint Roch and finishing on foot.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts, so we can assign you a seat in the category you booked. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: if you're late, access to the room won't be possible, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.

Yes, as long as your whole group arrives at the same time with tickets of the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: click on "Transfer tickets" in your Fever app. For any help, contact us with your ticket ID.

For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, without a real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
