By train: the Menton SNCF station (Grasse–Ventimiglia TER line) is less than 500 m away, about a 5 minute walk. By bus: a public transport stop is less than 500 m away, and the bus station is in the city center. By car: Menton is about 30 minutes from Nice and 15 minutes from Monaco, and Saint Roch parking is very close by. The Palais is right in the city center, 200 m from the sea: we recommend taking the train or parking at Saint Roch parking, then walking to the venue.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat in your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins. In the event of a delay, we won't be able to let you in, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

Yes, as long as your entire group arrives at the same time with tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.

For everyone's safety, the venue is lit with electronic candles, without a real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
