This event is open to people aged 8 and up, and anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Make sure to log in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to show on the day of the concert is also included in your confirmation email.

By train: Menton's SNCF train station (TER Grasse-Vintimille line) is less than 500 m away, about a 5-minute walk. By bus: a public transit stop is less than 500 m away, as is the city center bus station. By car: Menton is about 30 minutes from Nice and 15 minutes from Monaco, and the Saint-Roch parking lot is nearby, just steps from the Jardins Biovès and the Palais de l'Europe. Our tip: the Palais is right in the city center, 200 m from the sea, so we recommend taking the train or parking at Saint-Roch and finishing the trip on foot.

Out of respect for the musicians and the rest of the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in case of emergency.

Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so we can assign you a seat in your reserved category. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated before it begins: in case of delay, entry to the hall won't be possible, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

For everyone's safety, the hall is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
