Description
Once the most powerful woman in France, Marie-Antoinette now finds herself alone. After attempting to escape Paris alongside her husband, King Louis XVI, she was captured and returned to face trial. For many, she embodies everything wrong with the monarchy: excess, indifference, and tyranny. But is that the truth, or just the story shaped by the anger and despair of a nation in revolution?

With the king already condemned, she now must answer for her actions before a nation in turmoil. Was she complicit in an act of high treason, or simply caught up in the fall of a dying regime?
