If tobacco is your vice, as it is for so many “Mad” men and women, this recently renovated cigar bar is just the right setting for an 8 p.m. bash. It is one of the very few places remaining in city where indoor smoking is still oh so fashionable. The club’s “retro feel resonates very well with the setting for the series,” says owner Mark Grossich, who keeps 30 different cigars in stock.
