In short About the experience

Travel back millions of years and walk a land ruled by giant monsters. This immersive experience takes you face to face with the formidable, spectacular dinosaurs that dominated the animal kingdom for 140 million years. From Velociraptors as big as a chicken to the majestic, all-powerful T-Rex, interact with life-size articulated animatronics and watch a myriad of magnificent species in their natural habitat, in the heart of the Jurassic.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. Your ticket is in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy it. You will also find your QR code in the confirmation email.

Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?

You can change the date up to 48 hours before your visit by contacting the organizer with your ticket ID. No refunds are possible.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

No, tickets are non-transferable.

How long does the visit last?

The visit lasts between 45 and 75 minutes.

Is there a minimum age?

The experience is open to everyone. Entry is free for children under 3 and strollers are welcome.
