The experience takes place at Theater Royal. (Wiesenstraße 124, 40549 Düsseldorf)
How do I get to the venue?
Getting there by public transport: Subway: U75 towards Neuss Hauptbahnhof — stop D-Heesenstraße, from there approx. 13 min walk. S-Bahn: S28, towards Neuss Hauptbahnhof — stop Neuss Am Kaiser, from there approx. 15 min walk Timetables may vary depending on the time of day. It is worth checking the current connections on the Rheinbahn or VRR website or in the app.
When should I arrive?
Admission is possible 45 minutes before the show starts. The venue opens its doors 1 hour before the performance starts.
Is there parking available?
Parking is available directly at Theater Royal, with more nearby. Theater Royal is also conveniently located in Düsseldorf-Heerdt near the A52 and B7, so getting there by car is also easy.
Will food and drinks be available on site for purchase?
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks can be purchased at the bar before the show. However, no food is offered.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Guests are not allowed to record or take photos of the experience. If this rule is not followed, or if any photos or videos taken are not deleted when requested, guests may be asked to leave.
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. If a service animal will accompany you, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID) and the subject “Bringing a service animal”.

Yes, toilets are available. Please feel free to ask our staff on site if you have any questions.

What different ticket types are there?
All tickets are for general admission (free seating). Come early to secure the best seats.

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.

Yes, you can transfer your ticket for free. To do so, click “Transfer tickets” in the Fever app. If you need help, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print out your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app upon your arrival at the venue.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with QR code in the Fever app under “Tickets”. If you have not installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Make sure to log in with the account you used to purchase the ticket. If you cannot find your ticket, please contact us, stating your ticket order number (ticket ID).

Can I still enter the show after it has started?
Entry after the start is not possible. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests present, we ask that you arrive in good time.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience.
