Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same credentials you used when purchasing. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you want at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer Tickets" in the Fever app. Feel free to contact us if you need help, mentioning your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do this, contact us with the ticket number linked to your purchase (the unique code received at purchase, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check if the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if so, the "Change Date and/or Time" button will appear. Simply click on it and follow the instructions. Refunds are not possible, regardless of the reason.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?

What are the different seating areas?
The venue is divided into different sections based on the quality of the view. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the category chosen.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat your group together.
Is there an age limit to attend the event?
All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased on site?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or on the Fever website.
What time should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts so you can get settled in your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Attendees who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we receive this document, we'll provide you with a code to get your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to present your standard ticket along with this companion ticket at the venue entrance.
Will food and drinks be sold on site?
Non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be sold at this event.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat except in case of emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the last song and without flash, as our musicians will let you know.
What will the temperature be like in the concert hall?
The temperature can sometimes vary depending on the season. We do everything we can to ensure your comfort, but we recommend dressing accordingly to fully enjoy the experience.
Where does the concert take place?
The concert takes place on the 5th floor of the Four Seasons Hôtel Montréal, in the Palais des Possibles ballroom.
What happens if the weather is too bad for the event to take place?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but service animals are welcome.
