Where can I find my tickets?
You can find your tickets in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find a QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your ticket to anyone for free. Just click "Transfer Ticket" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further assistance, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours beforehand. To do so, contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when you bought your ticket, found in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). Alternatively, you can check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If it's available, a button to exchange the date and/or time will appear: just tap it and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the change. Please note, refunds are not available under any circumstances. For more details, read our Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can read our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on offering an alternative policy is available for purchase.
If I bought a ticket with flexible cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel a Flexible Cancellation Ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience starts. You just need to contact us. Please note, the ticket becomes non-refundable if it's transferred to another user.
What are the seating zones?
The concert hall is divided into different zones based on view quality. Seating will be assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff, on a first-come, first-served basis and according to the zone you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit next to your friends as long as you arrive together and you all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we'll do our best to make sure you can sit together.
Is there an age requirement for this event?
Guests who are allowed to attend must be 8 years old or older. Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can tickets be purchased at the door?
Tickets are not sold on site. Tickets can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the event starts. For the comfort of the musicians and other guests, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I get a ticket for a companion or caregiver?
Guests who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request one free entry pass for their personal assistant or companion. Please contact us and attach proof that you need a ticket for a companion. Once we receive it, we'll give you a voucher to get a free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Keep in mind, you must show both your regular ticket and this companion ticket when entering the venue.
Are food and drinks available for purchase on site?
You can purchase food and drinks at this event. However, please note that there are no gluten-free or vegan options available.
Am I allowed to leave the concert hall during the show?
For the comfort of the musicians and other attendees, you can't leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, we use flameless candles.
Am I allowed to use my phone during the show?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the entire show. As directed by our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last song and without flash.
What happens if weather conditions aren't favorable for the event?
If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue changes or delays), we'll notify you by email beforehand.
Can I bring an animal? Are guide dogs allowed?
