The Moorish Pavilion is a unique and beautiful Moorish-style building in the middle of Folkets Park in Malmö. It features seven towers and oriental influences, bars, concerts, a theater, and a nightclub.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Zone A (Tables), Zone B (High Tables) and Zone C (Balcony). Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account free of charge. It's easy: tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Contact us if you need more help and give us your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on can be purchased and offers an alternative policy.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the experience starts and close 5 minutes before the start. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and the other guests.
Can I buy food and drinks at the venue?
You can buy drinks during the event, but please note that no food is available to buy.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the audience, you must not leave your seat during the performance, except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final applause and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.

What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will let you know in advance by email.
Can I bring pets? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue. Please note, however, that the balcony seats can only be reached by stairs.
