What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are sold in five zones: Premium, Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility), Zone C (limited visibility) and Zone D (restricted visibility).

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their carer. You need to hold a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, please contact us for more information.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Can I sit with my friends?

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID. Tickets are non-refundable, except as required under Australian Consumer Law. For more information, please see our T&Cs.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, please contact us with your ticket ID.

How do I get to the venue?

By train: take a train to Ipswich Railway Station; from there it is about an 8 to 10 minute walk (620 m) to St Mary's Catholic Church. By bus: the closest stops are Mary St near Elizabeth St (about a 3 to 5 minute walk), Brisbane St at Ipswich Central (about 8 to 10 minutes) and Ipswich (Bell St Stop A/B) (about 10 to 12 minutes), served by routes such as the 500, 502, 515 and 534; please check TransLink for up-to-date routes and timetables. By car: use GPS or Google Maps to get directions to St Mary's Catholic Church, 1B Elizabeth St, Woodend QLD 4305. Street parking around the church is limited.

There is limited on-site parking at the church. Street parking is available on Elizabeth Street, Mary Street, Roseberry Parade and Ellenborough Street, and there is additional parking in the Ipswich Council car park off Roseberry Parade.

No. Drinks and snacks are not allowed in the church.

Yes. There are ramps on either side of the main staircase leading up to the church from Elizabeth Street, and an accessible entrance on the car park side, where a ramp is positioned. If you need wheelchair assistance, please contact us so we can let the on-site staff know.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be given a seat within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when our musicians indicate.

What happens if I arrive late?

To respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, late arrivals will not be allowed into the concert once it has started. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.

For the safety of everyone attending, all the candles are flameless.

What is "Candlelight Photo"?

It is a photo package available only to guests who buy it. Your photo is taken in a specially designated area at the venue, and as a souvenir you receive one instant, polaroid-style printed picture per purchase.

Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?

Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy it online with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases, and on-site purchases are by card only: no cash is accepted.

When is my picture taken?

Before or after the concert. The photo experience closes 10 minutes before the concert starts, so please arrive at least 30 minutes early to leave enough time for your photo.

When do I get my picture?

You choose your picture before it is printed. Our staff print it during the concert and you collect it at the exit afterwards. Please make sure you have your printed picture before leaving, as we cannot keep pictures for you, and we cannot offer a refund or another session if you leave without it.

Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain where the photo experience is, and announcements will be made as a reminder. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.

How do I show that I have bought "Candlelight Photo"?

You will receive a QR code by email, separate from your concert ticket confirmation. Please have it validated by the photographer at the venue so we can take your picture.

Is there a dress code? What should I wear?

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.

How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
