You can cancel your flexible ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience begins: just contact us. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.

This add-on offers a unique photo experience, reserved for customers who purchase it: a personalised photo session in a specially designed space, plus an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake.

You can buy photos on site, subject to availability. Customers who purchased their photo add-on online along with their concert tickets will be given priority. On site, payment is by card only: cash is not accepted.

Your photo is taken before the event begins, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins to give us time to take your photo.

You choose your favourite photo before it's printed. Our team prints it during the concert and you can collect it on your way out. Be sure to collect it before you leave: we're unable to keep it for later, and a photo left uncollected cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

Once you arrive at the photo experience location, staff will give you all the information you need. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.

The pack includes 3 high-end electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle.

Candle packs of 3 bought online must be collected at the point indicated at the event venue, on the day of the event. As they are linked to the date and venue of the Candlelight event, they can be neither refunded nor returned: all sales are final.

A menu at the 1913 restaurant at Villars Palace, served in five acts. 1. Le voile de St. Jacques & courge couronne: crispy black sesame base, scallop carpaccio, Provençal butternut squash prepared in different textures, dragon's blood pomegranate coulis. 2. Élixir des bois & l'œuf parfait: oven roasted Jerusalem artichoke velouté, autumn truffle emulsion and black garlic sourdough croutons. 3. La chasse de nos forêts: roasted local venison mignon, rich jus reduced with Divico wine from the Abbaye de Salaz and black elderberries, smoked parsnip mousseline, chanterelle mushrooms and chestnuts with Villars honey. 4. La Pavlova fantôme: crispy Swiss meringue nest, Gruyère double cream heart, wild blackberry compote and a fine dusting of vegetable charcoal. 5. Veuve noire (mignardise): dark chocolate praline with a molten Valais chilli ganache heart and Bex salt shards.

The venue is divided into several sections depending on the quality of the view. Seats are allocated on entry by our staff, on a first come, first served basis and according to the category chosen.

Yes, as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you together.

All attendees must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are not sold on the door: they can only be purchased via the Fever app or website.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts so you can settle into your allocated zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins. Out of respect for the performers and other attendees, latecomers will not be admitted.

Attendees who need assistance during the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Contact us by email with supporting evidence. Once we've received this document, we'll give you a voucher to get the free carer ticket on the Fever app (subject to availability). You'll need to show the standard ticket along with the carer ticket on entry.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat during the concert, except in an emergency.

For everyone's safety, all the candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.

Your phone must stay on silent throughout the show. You can take photos and videos only during the final piece, without flash, as instructed by the musicians.

Candlelight concerts take place in exceptional venues where the temperature can sometimes be difficult to control. We do everything we can for your comfort, but it may vary depending on the season: dress accordingly to make the most of the experience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (venue change, postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.

Pets are not allowed at the event venue, but assistance animals are welcome.

Yes, the event takes place in a venue accessible to people with reduced mobility and wheelchair users.

Yes, parking spaces are available.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
