However, the “Flexible cancellation” add-on is available at the time of purchase and offers a different policy, applicable to selected events: you'll find the details in the “Flexible cancellation” section of the Fever help centre.

You can cancel your flexible ticket if you request it at least 48 hours before the experience begins. Simply contact us. Please note: the ticket will not be refunded if it has been transferred to someone else.

This add-on offers a unique photo experience, reserved for customers who purchase it. You'll enjoy a personalised photo session in our specially designed area, and you'll receive an instant Polaroid-style print as a keepsake.

You can buy photos on site, subject to availability. Customers who bought their photo add-on together with their concert tickets on the website get priority over those who buy them on site. On site, payment can only be made by card: cash is not accepted.

Your photo will be taken before the event begins, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to give us enough time to take your photo.

You can choose your favourite photo before it's printed. Our team prints it during the concert and you'll be able to collect it on your way out. Don't forget to collect your photo before you leave, as we're unable to keep it for later. If you forget your photo and leave the venue, no refund or rescheduling will be possible.

Once you're inside the venue where the photo experience is located, the staff will give you all the information you need. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.

The pack includes 3 premium electric candles that perfectly recreate the warm, flickering glow of a real candle.

All packs of 3 candles purchased online must be collected from the location indicated at the event venue, at the time of the event. As the pack of 3 candles is linked to the specific date and venue of the Candlelight event, all items purchased online and collected on-site cannot be refunded or returned. All sales are final.

A menu at the 1913 restaurant at Villars Palace. Veil of St. Jacques & crowned squash: crispy black sesame base, St. Jacques carpaccio, Provence butternut squash in various textures, dragon's blood coulis with pomegranate. Elixir of the woods & the perfect egg: smooth oven-roasted Jerusalem artichoke velouté, autumn truffle emulsion & black garlic sourdough croutons. The hunt of our forests: roasted local venison fillet, rich jus reduced with Divico from the Abbaye de Salaz & black elderberries, smoked parsnip mousseline, chanterelles & chestnuts with Villars honey. The ghostly Pavlova: crispy Swiss meringue nest, Gruyère double cream heart, wild blackberry compote & a fine dusting of vegetable charcoal. Black Widow (petit four): dark chocolate praline with a molten Valais chilli ganache heart & Bex salt flakes.

The venue is divided into different sections depending on the quality of the view. Seats are allocated on arrival by our staff, on a first come, first served basis and according to the category chosen.

Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same area. We recommend arriving early: we'll do everything we can to seat you together.

All attendees must be at least 8 years old to take part in the experience. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.

Tickets are not sold on site: they can only be purchased via the Fever app or on the Fever website.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starts so you can settle into your assigned area. Doors close 5 minutes before the performance begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and other attendees.

Attendees who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their carer. Write to us via the Fever help centre contact form, attaching proof that you need a carer's ticket. Once we've received this document, we'll send you a voucher to use to get your free carer's ticket on the Fever app, subject to availability. Please remember that you'll need to show your standard ticket along with this carer's ticket at the entrance to the venue.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you won't be able to leave your seat, except in an emergency.

For everyone's safety, all candles are electric and therefore non-flammable.

Your phone must remain on silent mode throughout the show. You may take photos and videos only during the last piece and without flash, as our musicians will indicate to you.

Candlelight concerts are held in stunning historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be tricky. We do everything we can to ensure your comfort, but the temperature may vary depending on the season. We recommend dressing accordingly so you can fully enjoy the experience.

If the weather changes and the conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we'll let you know in advance by email.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed at this event's venue, but assistance animals are welcome.

Yes, the event takes place in a venue accessible to people with reduced mobility.

Parking spaces will be available.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
