Where can I find my ticket?
Open the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play, and log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Does my ticket give me access to Chabot's exhibits?
Yes. The exhibits on the first floor are open before showtime. For Friday performances, you can join the Chabot astronomers on the Observation Deck after the concert for a free telescope viewing. Chabot's website has more details.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, transfers are free. Tap “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date up to 24 hours in advance by contacting us with your ticket ID, which you'll find in your confirmation email or in the app. You can also look for the “Exchange date and/or time” button in the Tickets section of the app. Refunds are not available under any circumstances, as set out in the Terms & Conditions.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. The Flexible Cancellation add-on, available for purchase, offers a different policy.
Can I get a refund for a Flexible Cancellation ticket?
Yes, if you contact us to request the cancellation at least 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket becomes non-refundable once it has been transferred to another user.
What is the “Candlelight Photo”?
It is an exclusive package with a personalized photo session in a designated area. You also receive a single Polaroid-style instant print as a keepsake.
Can I buy the Candlelight Photo at the venue?
Yes, as long as it has not sold out. Guests who buy the add-on on the website with their concert tickets have priority over those buying on site. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my photo taken?
Photos are taken before the concert, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Arrive at least 30 minutes early.
When do I get my photo?
You choose your favorite photo before it is printed. Staff print it during the concert, and you collect it at the exit before leaving, since photos cannot be kept for later. If you leave without collecting it, it cannot be refunded or rescheduled.
Where do I go to have my photo taken?
Once you're inside the venue, staff will explain where the photo experience is and how it works. Ask any staff member if you have questions.
What is the “Candles 3-Pack”?
It includes three premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of a candle flame.
What is the policy for Candles 3-Packs bought online?
They must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your event. Because they are tied to that date and location, any candle add-on bought online and picked up on site is non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the seating zones?
The theater is divided into sections based on view quality. Staff assign seats at the entrance on a first-come, first-served basis, within the section you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and staff will try to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
No. Tickets are sold only in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
