There is no set dress code for this experience. Casual wear will do just fine.
Will there be interaction with the performers?
Although the performers will captivate and engage the audience, the experience does not involve direct interaction with them. You can fully immerse yourself in the show simply by watching and enjoying!

There will be no merchandise for sale.
What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Catégorie A, Catégorie B, Catégorie C, Catégorie D. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app, available on Google Play and the Apple Store; on the Fever website www.feverup.com
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
There will be no box office on site. Tickets can be purchased on the Fever app or on the Fever website.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets free of charge to the person of your choice. Just click "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for any further help. Don't forget to give us your ticket ID number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, in the "Tickets" section. If you haven't installed the app yet, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to buy your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
For this event, all sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged or changed. For more information, you can check our T&Cs.
Do I need to arrive at the time of my session?
Please arrive at the time shown on your ticket. Late arrivals are not permitted.
Are animals allowed? Are guide dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, animals are not allowed at the event venue. However, guide dogs are welcome.

Are there any prohibited items at the experience? Can I smoke or vape?
It is forbidden: to smoke inside the premises; to bring in or consume anything in the auditoriums without the express permission of the owner; to bring in or consume prohibited or illicit products inside the premises.
Do you offer tickets for accompanying carers?
Visitors who need assistance during the experience can request a free pass for their personal accompanying carer. Please contact us with proof that you need a companion. Once received, we will send you a voucher that you can use to book a free ticket for your companion in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you will need to show your standard entry ticket together with your companion's ticket at the event entrance.
Is the experience accessible to people with hearing/visual impairments?
Unfortunately, this experience could not be adapted for people with visual and/or hearing impairments. We do our best to make all our experiences inclusive and we recommend checking out other experiences in your city.
Will there be strobe lights?
This event does not use strobe lights.

This is a seated experience; every visitor will have a seat.
