Candlelight: Tribut an Adele brings Adele's best-known songs to the Garnisonkirche in Potsdam, played live by a string quartet in a room lit by thousands of candles. Sixty minutes of music, with no interval, in a setting that few concerts ever use.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Which ticket types are available?
Different ticket categories are available: First Row seats, Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be bought at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you have bought your ticket (holding a valid ticket is essential in order to use it), please send us the relevant proof through Fever's contact form. Once we have received it, we will provide you with a voucher so that you can get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you must show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket at the entrance.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. In that case, please contact us through Fever's contact form, quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You will find more information in our Terms and Conditions.
What is the flexible refund ticket?
With the flexible refund ticket you can request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience. This applies to selected events only.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket is non-refundable if it has been transferred to another user.
Which documents do I need to provide to receive my refund?
No documents are required for your refund request.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us through Fever's contact form to have your ticket refunded.
Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place at the Garnisonkirche in Potsdam (Breite Str. 7, 14467 Potsdam).
Can I bring animals?
Pets are not allowed, with the exception of service animals. Please fill in Fever's contact form if a service animal will be accompanying you.
Does the venue have accessible access?
Yes, step-free access is available.
Is there parking?
Several public parking options, most of them paid, are available right around the Garnisonkirche.
Can I take photos or record videos during the performance?
According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of consideration for the musicians and the audience, you can only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to get a seat in the zone you have bought. The concert starts punctually and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be denied entry to the show out of consideration for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if the weather conditions do not allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Can I sit together with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you come together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend that you arrive at the venue in good time, and we will do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, just contact us through Fever's contact form, quoting your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or from Google Play). Please remember to sign in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that, for the safety of guests, all candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
