This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

Arrive early
Doors open 45 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.
Find your seat
Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

What are the different ticket types?
Front Row: premium visibility. Zone A: great visibility. Zone B: good visibility. Zone C: okay visibility.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be seated within your purchased zone. Out of respect for the musicians, late entry is not permitted.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Once you have purchased your ticket (you must hold a valid ticket before applying), please contact us with supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. To do so, please contact us with your ticket ID.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket. Exchanges to another date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the original event, subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.
What is a flexible cancellation ticket?
Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you ask for a refund or exchange your ticket if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return my flexible cancellation ticket?
You can cancel your flexible cancellation ticket by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Please note that the ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What documents do I need to receive my refund?
No documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange.
How do I request my refund?
Please contact us to get your ticket refunded.
If I opt for a refund, how long does it take and how will I receive it?
If you paid by credit card or PayPal, the total ticket price will be credited back to your account; it may take 10 or more days to appear on your statement. If you paid with a voucher, you'll find a new voucher in the "Vouchers" section of the app. This voucher is different from your Fever Club Wallet.
Will I get a full refund?
You'll receive a refund of the entire ticket price, except for the 10% fee paid for the flexible ticket option.
If I opt for an exchange, when will I receive the new ticket?
You'll receive a voucher for the same value as your purchase as soon as you request it. You can use it to book a new date and/or time for the same experience.
Can I exchange my ticket for a different experience?
No. An exchange voucher can only be used to purchase the same experience again.
Where is the experience taking place?
The concert is held in the Ritz-Carlton Ballroom at The Ritz-Carlton, Marina del Rey, 4375 Admiralty Way, Marina Del Rey, CA 90292.
Is there parking available?
Parking at the hotel is valet only, at $25 per car. Self-parking is available within walking distance.
Is food served?
Food and beverages are available for purchase at this event. The hotel also has a full-service restaurant open to Candlelight guests.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does this venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is ADA-accessible. When you arrive, let the onsite staff know you need assistance and they will be happy to help.
Can I take photos or videos, or use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
