Is there a minimum age?
The concert is open to people 8 years and older. Those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, by logging in with the same email address used for your purchase. The QR code to present on the day of the concert is also in your confirmation email.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, as long as you arrive together and have tickets in the same category. We recommend arriving early: the team will do their best to seat your group side by side.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account, at no extra cost: select "Transfer tickets" in the app. For any help, contact our team with your ticket ID.
Are the candles real candles?
No. For everyone's safety, the room is lit with electronic candles, with no real flame.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time shown on your original ticket. Contact our team with your ticket ID. No refunds are given; the terms and conditions apply.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
