For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in the zone you've purchased. The concert will start on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you won't be allowed in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.

Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the last piece and without flash, as announced by the musicians.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask that you only leave your seat in an emergency.
