Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to log in with the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need more help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours in advance. To do so, contact us with the ticket ID of your purchase (the unique code in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app: if it is, tap "Exchange date and/or time" and follow the on-screen instructions. Refunds are not available under any circumstances; see our Terms & Conditions for details.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms & Conditions. A Flexible Cancellation add-on is available for purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
What if I purchased a Flexible Cancellation ticket? Can I get a refund then?
You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts: just contact us. The ticket becomes non-refundable if it is transferred to another user.
What is "Candlelight Photo"?
This package offers a one-of-a-kind photo experience, available exclusively to guests who purchase it: a personalized photo session in a specially designated area and, as a keepsake, a single instant print in Polaroid style.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" at the venue?
Photos can be purchased at the venue as long as they have not sold out. Guests who buy the photo experience online together with their concert tickets have priority over on-site purchases. On-site purchases are by credit card only; cash is not accepted.
When is my picture taken?
Your photo is taken before the event, and the photo experience ends 10 minutes before the concert starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins so there is enough time to take your photo.
When do I get my photo?
You can choose your favorite photo before it is printed. Our staff will print it during the concert, and you can collect it at the exit. Please pick up your photo before leaving, as we cannot keep it for later. If you forget to collect it and leave the venue, refunds or rescheduling are not possible.
Where do I go to have my picture taken?
Once you are inside the venue, our staff will explain the photo experience and where it takes place. Feel free to ask any member of our staff if you have questions.
What is the "Candle 3-Pack"?
The package includes 3 premium electric candles that recreate the warm, flickering glow of the candles at the concert.
What is the policy for Candle 3-Packs purchased online?
All Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated spot at the venue at the time of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight concert, candle add-ons purchased online and picked up on site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.
What are the different seating zones?
The venue is divided into sections based on the quality of the view. Our staff will assign your seat at the entrance, on a first-come, first-served basis within the section you selected.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I buy tickets at the entrance?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes early to be seated in your assigned zone. Doors close 5 minutes before the start, and late arrivals will not be admitted, out of respect for the performers and other guests.
Can I get a ticket for a carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. Contact us and we will send you a voucher to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app, subject to availability.
Will food and drinks be available for purchase on site?
No, food and drinks will not be available for purchase at this event.
Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, every candle is flameless.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as our musicians will indicate.
What temperature should I expect at the concert?
Candlelight concerts are held in beautiful historic venues, where temperature control can sometimes be a challenge. We do our utmost to keep everyone comfortable, but temperatures may vary with the season, so we suggest dressing accordingly.
What happens if weather conditions do not allow the event to take place?
If the weather affects your experience in any way (a change of location or a postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes, the event is held in an accessible venue that is ADA compliant.
Is parking available?
