The Centro Cultural Dante is a cultural and artistic space located in the Itzimná neighborhood, along the extension of Paseo de Montejo in Mérida. Founded in 1993, it is part of the cultural tradition of Librerías Dante in Yucatán. The venue is oriented towards hosting cultural and artistic events, including theater plays, concerts, literary presentations, conferences, and other shows. It features a bookstore, café, and library, as well as spaces for performances.

Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the 'Tickets' section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours in advance. To make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can consult our T&Cs.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes.
What are the different ticket types?
Primera Fila, Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and have tickets in the same area, you will be seated together. We recommend arriving early so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker.
What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring jazz to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as easy as clicking "Transfer tickets" within your ticket in the Fever app. If you need additional help, don't hesitate to contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions. However, there is an optional add-on called Flexible Cancellation, available to purchase, which offers an alternative policy.
If I buy a ticket with Flexible Cancellation, can I get a refund?
You can cancel your ticket with Flexible Cancellation if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts and close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.
Will food and drink be available to buy at the venue?
You can buy food and drink at this event; however, there won't be any gluten-free or vegan options.
Can I use my phone during the show?
No, your phone must stay on silent throughout the show. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final bow and without flash.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there won't be any strobe lights.
Is the experience indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place outdoors.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are not allowed inside the venue.
What happens if the weather doesn't allow the event to go ahead?
If the weather affects the experience in any way (change of location or rescheduling), we'll let you know by email in advance.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at the event venue. However, we do welcome service dogs.
Is the venue accessible for people with disabilities?
Yes, the event will take place at an accessible venue; the venue is accessible for wheelchair users.
