Doors open 30 minutes before the concert. Late entry is not permitted once the concert has started.

Seats are not numbered: they are taken on a first-come, first-served basis within the zone on your ticket.

The Kaiser-Leopold Hall of the University of Innsbruck impresses with its elegant architecture and historical atmosphere. The magnificent hall, named after the founder of the university, captivates with high ceilings, artistic decorations, and excellent acoustics – an ideal place for concerts, lectures, and festive events in the heart of Innsbruck.

What different ticket types are there?
Seating is unreserved.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before attending the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).
Are there wheelchair spaces?
Yes, the venue is accessible and offers wheelchair spaces. Please send us a short email to hello@feverup.com so that we can prepare everything.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need support throughout the whole experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. Once you've bought your ticket (it's essential to hold a valid ticket in order to use this), please send us the relevant supporting documents. Once we've received these, we'll provide you with a voucher that you can use to get your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please note that you'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket on entry.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes to the date and/or time are possible up to 24 hours before the experience begins. If you'd like to do this, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our terms and conditions.
When can I return my ticket?
You can return your flexible refund ticket and receive a full refund if you contact us up to 48 hours before the experience begins. Please note that the ticket is not refundable if it's transferred to another user.

Where does the experience take place?
The experience takes place in the Kaiser-Leopold-Saal of the Theologische Fakultät of the Universität Innsbruck. The address is: Karl-Rahner-Platz 3, 6020 Innsbruck.
How do I get to the venue?
The best way to reach the Universität Innsbruck is by public transport. Nearby ivb stops are: Polizeidirektion, Museumstraße and Landesmuseum. Parking options: InnenSTADT Garage, Kaiserjägerstraße 1, and very limited spaces in the short-stay parking zones around the venue.
Are food and drinks available?
No, there is no bar on site.
Is there a cloakroom on site?
There is an unattended cloakroom outside the venue room.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, no animals are allowed at this venue. If an assistance dog is required, please send a short email to hello@feverup.com.

Is there a car park?

According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I use my mobile phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the last piece and without flash.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you may only leave your seat in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least half an hour before the concert starts. Doors open 30 minutes beforehand. The concert begins promptly, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will be refused entry to the show out of respect for the musicians' performance and the audience's experience.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of venue/postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
Can I sit with friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving at the venue in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click on "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, just contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in using the same login method you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything. Simply show your Fever ticket from your smartphone at the venue.
Are the candles flammable?
Please note that for guests' safety, all candles will be flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
