It's an add-on that lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend. You can return it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). No documentation is required to claim your refund.

How long does the experience last?

The show lasts about 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it starts.

Is this an indoor or outdoor experience?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

Is there food or drink available?
