What can I expect from the event?
A soulful live music experience in an intimate, atmospheric venue, where world-class musicians bring soul to life through saxophones, trumpets, vocals, and spontaneous improvisation.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Don't forget to log in with the same credentials you used when making the purchase. You will also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone you like free of charge. It's very easy! Just click "Transfer tickets" in the Fever app. Don't hesitate to contact us if you need help. Don't forget to mention your order number.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event. To do so, contact us and give us the ticket ID linked to your purchase (this is the unique code you received when you bought your ticket; you can find it in your confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can also check whether the exchange option is available in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If so, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. Just click it and follow the on-screen instructions to make the change. Please note that refunds are not possible for any reason. For more details, see our terms and conditions.
Can I get a refund for my ticket?
Refunds are not allowed for any reason. For more information, you can consult our terms and conditions. However, the "Flexible cancellation" add-on is available for purchase: it offers a different policy.
If I buy a ticket with flexible cancellation, will I be able to get a refund then?
You can cancel your flexible ticket if you submit the request at least 48 hours before the experience starts. Just contact us. Please note that the ticket will not be refunded if it is transferred to someone else.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, you don't need to print your ticket. It will be validated via the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.
What are the different ticket types?
Catégorie A, Catégorie B, Catégorie C and Catégorie D. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.
Can my friends and I sit together?
Yes, you can sit with your friends as long as everyone arrives at the same time and has tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early. We will do our best to seat you together.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.
Can tickets be purchased on-site?
Tickets will not be sold on-site; they can only be purchased via the Fever app or on the Fever website.
When should I arrive?
The experience opens its doors 30 minutes before the performance begins. The doors close 5 minutes before curtain-up. Make sure you are seated in time. Late arrivals are not admitted, out of respect for the performers and the audience.
Can I get a ticket for a companion?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free pass for their companion. Send us an email with proof that you need a companion ticket. Once we have received this document, we will give you a voucher that you can use to purchase your free companion ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Don't forget that you will need to show the standard ticket along with this companion ticket at the venue entrance.
Can I buy food and drinks on-site?
You will be able to purchase drinks at this event; however, no food will be available.
Can I leave the concert hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the performers and the rest of the audience, you cannot leave your seat before the end of the concert, except in an emergency.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
No, your phone must be on silent mode throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
Are there strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Will the experience take place indoors or outdoors?
This experience takes place indoors.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the venue.
What happens if the weather is too bad for the event to take place?
If the weather changes and the conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location/postponement), we will inform you in advance by email.
Can I bring animals? Are assistance dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this event's venue, but assistance animals are welcome.
